What you'll do

• Handle civil litigation matters independently, from case assessment through resolution.
• Take depositions, argue motions, and appear in court regularly.
• Work on matters involving premises liability, insurance defense, employment litigation, and/or public entity law.
• Communicate directly with clients.
• Collaborate with a small team of trial-focused attorneys.
