House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Richmond Hill, GA. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School provides an extraordinary, cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are hired to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes. They provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development in a structured, family-like environment.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
