The Fabrication Associate – Post-Fabrication role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour. The position supports Venturi Supply’s Phoenix fabrication team, which prepares materials and custom solutions for customers across infrastructure and industry. The role cleans, finishes, inspects, and stages fabricated parts so they meet quality expectations and are ready for packaging or shipment. It also supports safe, orderly workflow by coordinating with fabrication and production personnel and following chemical-handling and workplace safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform pickle and passivation processes on fabricated stainless-steel parts
• clean and finish parts to remove discoloration, residue, markings, and contaminants
• use cleaning chemicals, neutralizers, and degreasers according to procedures
• inspect finished parts
• perform general post-fabrication cleaning, deburring, and preparation
• stage finished material for packaging or shipment
• safely handle materials
• maintain an organized work area
• follow PPE, chemical-handling, and safety procedures
• coordinate with fabrication and production personnel.
