What you'll do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and assign work to maintenance staff
• monitor attendance and complete employee reviews
• prioritize work and authorize overtime
• communicate fleet and equipment status
• maintain quality and safety standards
• conduct vehicle inspections
• review work orders and parts inventory
• ensure accurate paperwork
• perform road calls and road tests as needed
• perform mechanical duties as needed.
