People Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Administer benefits programs and manage leave and accommodation requests
• support workplace safety and OSHA compliance
• develop learning and development programs and maintain the Learning Portal
• support career pathing, succession planning, tuition reimbursement, and certification tracking
• advise on employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
• partner with leaders on coaching and annual performance reviews
• administer HRIS and records processes
• manage offboarding
• analyze HR metrics
• mentor People Operations team members
• lead engagement and culture initiatives.
