Regional Service Depot Operations Manager

The Regional Service Depot Operations Manager role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with travel to service depots up to 75% of the time. Compensation is $65,000–$70,000 per year. PECO Pallet’s depot network supports the delivery of quality pallets to its customers. The manager oversees inventory accuracy, product quality, cost control, and production performance across assigned depots. The role coordinates depot teams and partners, supports new depot launches, and drives consistent processes and quality standards across the network.

What you'll do

• Review depot dashboards and KPIs
• travel to depots for inventory audits, quality checks, and repair analyses
• guide sort-and-repair operations and align labor and materials
• track repair, materials, storage, and warehouse costs
• support depot start-ups and ramp-ups, warehouse flow, and training
• source warehouse sites and support lease negotiations
• conduct manufacturing quality training and audits
• coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
