What you'll do

• Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks, requests, work orders, and repairs with operations and facility management
• develop parts kitting
• maintain eMaint CMMS records
• analyze equipment failure and repair metrics
• support continuous improvement
• coordinate preventive maintenance and vendor support
• manage spare-parts inventory, ordering, and reorder analysis
• assist with budget tracking and expenditure reporting
• generate cycle-count and maintenance reports
• support safety and regulatory compliance.
