What you'll do

• Ensure employees are trained, uniformed, and familiar with their facilities
• report unlocked doors, unusual occurrences, and damage
• review and respond to customer requests
• ensure employees meet service specifications
• manage work-order projects and periodic cleaning
• conduct and document inspections
• hold monthly safety meetings
• review supply use and equipment condition
• ensure building security and lighting requirements
• communicate personnel issues and shortages
• support two-way employee communication
• and retrain employees on safety and job standards.
