What you'll do

• Administer VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Windows Server, Veeam Backup & Replication, shared SAN, firewalls, switching and wireless, Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, and patch management
• perform and document restore verification
• maintain and test recovery procedures
• support vulnerability remediation and SIEM alerts
• submit changes with tested rollback plans and maintain runbooks
• provide tier-2 and tier-3 escalation and backup tier-1 coverage
• support audits, penetration tests, and OCC examination requests
• participate in scheduled after-hours and weekend maintenance and respond to critical infrastructure incidents outside business hours.
