What you'll do

• Assist in resident assessment on admission and ongoing
• communicate changes in condition to the interdisciplinary team
• document assessments and interventions
• participate in care planning
• implement nursing and physician orders
• administer medications and treatments
• perform IV therapy if certified
• use critical thinking for condition changes
• notify physicians using SBARR
• monitor care plan effectiveness
• address issues via QAPI
• answer call lights and assist with ADLs
• complete continuing education.
