What you'll do

• Clean common areas, utility and garbage rooms, and occupied units
• complete vacant-apartment turnovers
• maintain grounds by trimming shrubs, fertilizing grass, and removing trash and pet waste
• prepare vacant units for painting and paint as needed
• report supply and equipment needs
• follow safety, security, and chemical-handling procedures
• assist maintenance with basic repairs as assigned.
