• Identify psychological and behavioral disorders

• provide individual and group counseling
• evaluate treatment effectiveness
• maintain medical records documentation
• ensure accurate billing
• communicate with program management and families
• participate in team management
• maintain after-hours crisis contact
• engage in continuing education.
