What you'll do

• Manage equipment reliability and maintenance labor and expense budgets
• supervise maintenance employees and supervisors
• coordinate repairs, installations, rebuilds, and facility maintenance
• support safe food production and sanitation
• source and order maintenance parts and supplies
• schedule work and allocate resources
• manage outside contractors
• develop training, preventive maintenance, and safety inspection programs
• oversee maintenance department fiscal performance.
