Dining Services Director

What you'll do

• Lead the community dining program and supervise 10–15 employees
• schedule staff and provide coverage
• manage food inventory, ordering, and costs
• coordinate with vendors and community and regional leadership
• support catering, room service, special events, and marketing
• train staff in food service and kitchen equipment
• plan menus and create recipes
• maintain food safety, temperatures, infection-control practices, and licensing compliance
• recruit and orient staff.
