The aide provides personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, following individualized care plans and supporting clients’ comfort, safety, and well-being. The role also includes documenting care and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the care coordinator.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• provide companionship and engage clients in activities
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to the care coordinator
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain accurate and timely documentation
• support client comfort and safety.
