What you'll do

• Assist the Production Supervisor in leading 6–8 production employees
• train staff in safety, quality, machinery, and procedures
• operate, set up, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment
• complete food safety and quality checks and documentation
• maintain sanitation and production-area organization
• support on-time delivery and accurate paperwork.
