What you'll do

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce insurance products and services
• engage prospects to assess insurance needs and provide relevant information
• schedule appointments for insurance agents to discuss policies and provide quotes
• maintain accurate interaction records and update client information in the database
• collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals. Previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred but not required
• high school diploma or equivalent is required.
