What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day eDiscovery operations, staff, workloads, priorities, and deliverables
• plan contractor support and allocate staff to project needs
• review team work for quality and contractual standards
• set and monitor operational goals and milestones
• maintain QA/QC processes
• analyze program effectiveness and performance metrics
• identify and implement eDiscovery best practices
• report progress, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders
• serve as a primary contact for government managers and client agency personnel
• coordinate technical and data-processing support
• ensure secure handling of project materials and timely delivery.
