What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day studio operations and team performance

• recruit, onboard, coach, and retain staff
• deliver guest experiences
• build schedules and ensure staffing
• manage payroll, timekeeping, inventory, and operational controls
• partner on local marketing and community relationships
• address team and guest concerns.
