Accounts Receivable Representative, Commercial Payers

What you'll do

• Prepare, edit, and submit claims according to payer guidelines
• verify insurance eligibility
• update patient demographics and rebill as needed
• gather required documentation
• respond to payer and responsible-party inquiries
• research accounts
• resolve discrepancies
• prepare adjustments and refunds for approval
• maintain billing records and complete scheduled reports.
