The Shift Manager — Jamba role is onsite in Redding, CA. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports Jamba’s mission of making eating better, easier, and more fun. The shift manager leads store operations when the General Manager or Assistant Manager is away, supporting team members and maintaining food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. The role helps ensure guests have a positive experience throughout each shift.

What you'll do

• Lead the team and make decisions during the shift

• motivate and support team members
• troubleshoot team, guest, or supplier issues
• escalate matters to store leadership when appropriate
• handle key-holder opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
