Treatment Coordinator

The Treatment Coordinator role is onsite in Delmar, NY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:55 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $23–$28 per hour, based on experience. Albany Braces provides specialized orthodontic care and patient experiences focused on healthy, confident smiles.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first contact for prospective patients and families
• prepare patients for exams and post-treatment evaluations
• present diagnostic records to the orthodontist
• explain services and care instructions
• coordinate appointments with specialty dental clinics
• keep general dentists informed of treatment plans
• and maintain accurate patient records.
