Maintenance Technician — Homestead Park and Moulton Plaza

What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• prepare vacant units for re-occupancy
• maintain landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and common areas
• coach and oversee groundskeeping staff
• coordinate contractors
• complete preventive maintenance and work-order documentation
• manage tools and supplies
• assist with move-ins, move-outs, and inspections.
