Membership Experience Leader

The Membership Experience Leader role is onsite in Portsmouth, VA, with pay of $13.00–$14.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Deliver service to members, guests, and program participants
• implement membership sales and retention strategies
• promote programs and enrollment
• coordinate program registration
• maintain and communicate membership procedures
• assist with membership events and occasional community events
• maintain facility cleanliness, records, and required standards
• complete required training.

Why this role
