Payor Enrollment Specialist

What you'll do

• Submit commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed-care enrollment applications
• coordinate provider, group, facility, and organizational enrollments
• maintain active payer enrollment status
• track applications and follow up on pending requests
• resolve rejections, delays, and discrepancies
• coordinate revalidations and payer updates
• manage clearinghouse enrollments and electronic claims, ERA, EFT, and eligibility transactions
• maintain enrollment documentation and records
• support billing, credentialing, contracting, and finance teams
• track metrics and report enrollment status and deadlines.
