What you'll do

• Develop accurate scopes of work, detailed estimates, floor plans, and sketches using Xactimate Sketch. Manage project budgets, address variances, maintain schedules, and coordinate with trades and management. Apply restoration practices, perform investigative and controlled demolition and decontamination services, coordinate emergency services as needed, identify site hazards, and serve as a primary contact for property owners, adjusters, and consultants. Lead scope development, negotiations, and customer agreements
