• Lead and mentor landscape architects through project delivery
• manage projects from concept through construction
• develop sustainable design solutions
• collaborate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams
• develop proposals and presentations
• support interviews and fee negotiations
• ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and permitting requirements
• manage budgets, schedules, and resources
• coach team members.

Why this role

Requires a professional Landscape Architect license (PLA/RLA), a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, and 8–10+ years of relevant experience. Portfolio submission is required. Onsite schedule is Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.–11:30 a.m.
