• Partner with lead teachers to orchestrate a stimulating classroom environment.
• Implement the L.E.A.P.
• Curriculum tailored to individual child needs.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing space.
• Communicate progress and milestones to parents via apps and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and retention goals.
