The Microsoft 365 Administrator role is onsite in Eden Prairie, MN, with an annual salary range of $90,000–$101,000. The position supports Volunteers of America National Services, a mission-driven healthcare, housing, and supportive-services organization. The role is responsible for secure, reliable, efficient, and recoverable administration of the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. It contributes to organizational operations by managing tenant configuration across identity, collaboration, endpoint management, security, compliance, and recovery.

What you'll do

• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant services and workloads
• manage Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access
• support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• monitor and investigate security events with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Entra ID, and related tools
• administer backup and recovery solutions and test restoration
• document processes and support automation, change management, and stakeholder communication.
