What you'll do

• Supervise children and maintain safety
• track attendance, transitions, absences, injuries, and incidents
• use positive reinforcement and follow disciplinary protocols
• facilitate academic and enrichment activities
• build relationships with children, families, volunteers, staff, and school personnel
• maintain a secure, clean, organized environment
• connect members with YMCA services
• and support youth programs, volunteerism, and fundraising initiatives.

Why this role
