What you'll do

• Support hotel purchasing, sourcing, and receiving
• maintain the E-Procurement system and support vendor vetting
• identify cost savings
• monitor purchasing compliance
• train managers on the system
• maintain vendor relationships
• resolve invoice and payment issues with Accounts Payable
• analyze pricing and vendor performance
• prepare reports
• maintain procurement records and documentation.
