Job overview

The Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician, Manufacturing role is onsite in Mars, PA, with pay of $30–$32 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. KIK makes cleaning, sanitizing, and home and pool care products at its North American plants. The technician maintains and repairs production equipment to support reliable manufacturing operations. The work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment and utility repairs, line changeovers, and safe work practices, while coordinating issues with Production and Plant Managers.

What you'll do

• Inspect, monitor, test, and document equipment health
• dismantle defective machines and install parts. Clean and lubricate moving assemblies
• maintain pipe systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, gauges, valves, and pressure regulators. Perform line changeovers and set dilution systems to specification. Follow LOTO and safety rules and communicate issues to Production and Plant Managers.
