Outpatient Counselor, Therapist I or II. Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor/Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Glens Falls, NY. As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting.
