What you'll do
- Operate bone broth concentration equipment according to batch records and work instructions
- monitor product flow, temperatures, equipment performance, and concentration progress
- collect samples and perform Brix and pH checks
- complete production records and maintain batch traceability
- report malfunctions, product deviations, and food safety concerns
- assist with equipment cleaning, CIP, and sanitation
- follow GMP, HACCP, FDA, and facility standards
- communicate with incoming shift operators.

Why this role
