Senior Fixed Assets Accountant

What you'll do

• Record fixed-asset acquisitions and dispositions
• prepare monthly fixed-asset reconciliations and journal entries for approval
• prepare audit schedules and support auditor inquiries
• track fixed-asset expenditures against capital budgets and authorizations
• prepare project funding and expense schedules
• publish monthly grant summary reports
• gather data for grant submissions
• maintain grants.gov and New York Statewide Financial System records
• review grant proposals, invoices, expenditures, and compliance reporting as applicable.
