Radar Requirements Analyst

The Radar Requirements Analyst role is onsite at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL; compensation is not specified. The analyst supports the TEAMS Next Missile Defense Systems Engineering contract for the Missile Defense Agency. The role manages and analyzes requirements for ground sensor systems in development, maintaining requirements databases and system models and coordinating technical resolution with government, industry, and engineering stakeholders. The work supports specification development, reviews, and delivery of technical reports and briefings.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Department of Defense, industry, and other teams to manage ground sensor requirements
• capture technical specifications in DOORS and/or CAMEO
• compare development specifications with government specifications and coordinate resolution of deficiencies
• maintain databases and system models
• support technical discussions and requirements development
• prepare briefings, point papers, and trace reports
• coordinate support personnel
• document processes and standards
• provide technical direction to readiness reviews, interchange meetings, and design reviews.
