The role exists to lead enterprise-wide architectural design strategy, governance, and oversight for complex healthcare capital projects. It serves as the organization's senior architectural authority, ensuring alignment of design solutions with clinical operations, patient experience, and long-term system goals.

What you'll do

• Establish enterprise architectural design standards.
• Oversee programming, planning, and design from concept through construction.
• Manage external consultant teams.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to align budgets and delivery.
• Mentor architectural staff.
