What you'll do

• Manage high-volume inbound calls
• identify urgency and route requests
• manage group voicemail and callbacks
• respond to records requests
• explain appointments, services, devices, and basic diagnosis information
• guide patients through web-based software
• provide appropriate price quotes and explain copays and coverage
• take phone payments
• maintain accurate, confidential, HIPAA-compliant records
• create orders and assist with scheduling
• serve as a liaison with the healthcare team
• take calls on the required on-call schedule, responding to messages within 30 minutes.
