What you'll do

• Work company-provided leads and develop leads through referrals and neighborhood marketing
• inspect roofs and siding for storm-related and retail projects
• prepare estimates and explain materials, warranties, and insurance options
• meet insurance adjusters to verify scopes
• build customer and referral relationships
• represent the company at networking events
• collaborate with real estate professionals, insurance agents, and contractors
• manage review requests and prospect follow-up
• assist homeowners with color selections, contracts, and project timelines
• attend weekly team meetings.
