What you'll do

• Ensure scheduled activities occur on time
• engage and escort residents to programs
• document participation and reactions
• report changes in participation or resident condition
• encourage involvement in group and individual activities
• assist residents during activities
• keep activity areas organized and accessible
• help residents board and exit the bus or van
• deliver mail and packages
• coordinate with care staff and communicate with residents, families, and coworkers.
