What you'll do

• Lead a globally distributed software organization through four managers
• develop staffing, skills, career, and retention plans
• execute the software roadmap and oversee program sizing, staffing, schedules, quality, and commitments. Set architecture direction, strengthen software quality and QA, improve automated testing and release management, partner with customers and cross-functional leaders, mentor managers and engineers, and support AI-assisted development adoption.
