The In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Augusta, GA, at a clinic. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour. Gold Vine provides clinic-based applied behavior analysis therapy for children ages 2–14. The RBT delivers individualized one-to-one therapy under BCBA supervision, helping children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills. The role also records progress data and collaborates with families and clinical staff to support each child’s behavior and skill-acquisition plans.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy and implement behavior and skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision
• use positive, assent- and play-based strategies
• support communication, social, play, and daily living skills
• document real-time progress data
• collaborate with BCBAs, families, and clinic leadership
• maintain a safe and encouraging environment.
