Maintenance Technician I

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms and common areas
• manage and document maintenance work orders
• complete routine repairs and maintenance, including painting, caulking, floor cleaning, and replacing light bulbs and toilet seats
• follow hotel safety, security, key, and lock procedures
• maintain landscaping, parking areas, grounds, and building exteriors
• protect confidential guest and hotel information
• conduct self-inspections and respond to inspection feedback.
