What you'll do

• Greet and check in patients
• answer and direct calls
• schedule appointments and respond to patient inquiries
• handle personal injury case documentation, liens, attorney correspondence, and medical-record requests
• coordinate with attorneys, insurance adjusters, and third-party payers
• verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations
• maintain patient files
• process billing and co-pays
• and assist with accounts receivable for personal injury cases.
