Service Technician (Entry-Level)

Job overview

The Entry-Level Service Technician role is onsite in Frisco, TX, with travel to customer locations as required. Compensation is $50,000–$100,000 per year. Axis Water Technologies provides water treatment system services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The technician assists experienced staff with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair while developing the skills to service equipment independently. The role supports customer equipment reliability through preventive maintenance, testing, documentation, and courteous service.

What you'll do

• Assist with installation, startup, maintenance, and repair of water treatment systems
• perform routine service and preventive maintenance under supervision
• learn to diagnose mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and water-treatment issues
• work with softeners, filtration, reverse osmosis, pumps, and chemical feed systems
• perform basic plumbing work
• assist with water-quality testing and system adjustments
• use tools and service equipment safely
• maintain work areas, vehicles, tools, records, and parts inventory
• communicate professionally with customers
• assist with emergency and after-hours calls as training and experience allow
• attend training.
