What you'll do

• Take customer orders and prepare short-order items
• complete orders from steam tables and serve at multiple stations
• follow service steps and ensure food quality and temperature
• use approved recipes and portion standards
• store and rotate food safely
• clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
• address customer concerns and report relevant information
• attend safety meetings and maintain good working relationships.
