Greenhouse and Annuals Lead

The lead helps grow houseplant and annuals sales by maintaining plant knowledge, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring plant health and merchandising standards. The role also mentors associates, assists customers, and contributes to ordering, inventory flow, and daily store operations.

What you'll do

• Support sales goals for houseplants and annuals
• provide product knowledge and customer recommendations
• coordinate zone coverage and service
• maintain plant health, care, and merchandising standards
• perform manager-on-duty responsibilities as scheduled
• mentor and train seasonal associates
• assist with recruiting and hiring
• complete weekly operational tasks
• partner on ordering, receiving, replenishment, merchandising, and inventory processes.
