What you'll do

• Lead tours, applications, prospect follow-up, and move-in coordination
• support and direct leasing agents
• monitor traffic and leasing activity
• respond to prospect and resident inquiries
• maintain a tour-ready office and community
• review the leasing pipeline and upcoming move-ins
• delegate and track team priorities
• review availability, pricing, marketing needs, performance, and occupancy trends with the Property Manager
• assist with strategies to maximize occupancy and leasing performance.
