What you'll do

• Prepare and garnish food according to dietitian-approved menus and standardized recipes
• check taste, consistency, temperature, and appearance
• follow production guides and food-handling procedures
• label and date stored food
• report repair and supply needs
• clean kitchen equipment and work areas
• follow sanitation, safety, and accreditation requirements
• attend team meetings and required training.
