CNC Lathe Operator

CNC Lathe Operator is an onsite role in Clayton, OH. Pay is $23–$28 per hour. The operator sets up and runs CNC lathes to produce parts to print specifications, checks finished parts with precision measuring tools, and makes basic adjustments to maintain quality. The role also supports safe, documented production and routine machine upkeep.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines
• interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
• select tooling and fixtures
• load materials and monitor machining
• inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• make basic adjustments and offsets
• perform routine maintenance and cleaning
• follow safety procedures
• document production data
• collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality teams.
